Unified system across web, social and print
Overview
The Project
Built a comprehensive visual identity system from the ground up — defining every touchpoint from the brand mark and color palette through to campaign templates and asset governance for a high-volume luxury real estate marketing operation.
The existing brand lacked cohesion across digital, print, and experiential channels. A unified system was needed that could scale across a high-volume marketing operation while maintaining a luxury aesthetic at every touchpoint.
Approach
The Solution
Conducted a full brand audit, then developed a new visual language: refined logo mark, curated color palette, editorial typography pairing, photography art direction guidelines, and a complete template library covering social, email, print, and digital formats.

How to add images: Inside each .cs-img-placeholder div, add an img tag with style="position:absolute;inset:0;width:100%;height:100%;object-fit:cover;" — or set a CSS background-image on the .cs-img-card element. Update the caption text below each image to describe your work.
